I am asking if anyone knows how a person, new to research, can go about finding the local newspapers of Randolph county,WV He is my "New"cyber cousin, he lives in Fairmont and I live in Sacrameno, CA. Our relatives lived heavily in Randolph county, and I have a hunch that if he could look in the area for obituararies he might be very successful.
I used to do that here in Sacramento but I need someone who can get him started in Kerens or Montrose or something, We have many Hicks and Vanscoy and Wilmoth relatives in common, please give me your best advice and I will pass it along to him
