I found the middle name of Wesley in the 1870 Federal Census Preston County when he was living with his parents, Elzey L. and Elizabeth J.Turner. The 1860 and 1880 Federal census he is with his parents and his middle initial is W. I haven't found him yet in the 1900 Federal census but in the 1910 he is found with Hannah in Preston County. He is found again in the 1920 Federal census with Hannah but they are in Monongalia Co. His and Hannah's death certificates can be found online with the WV Archives & Cultural center in Monongalia Co. James died 29 June 1930 and Hannah 17 Mar 1934.
