Anyone who has info on the Charles C.Phillips, Alva Edwin Phillips, Howard Bland Phillips Family line please contact me. I am still looking for Charles C. Phillips' parents. And also, info pertaining to his death and burial location, he died in a Civil war Prison Camp at Staunton, but I have not found any related records.
