I am trying to find any information on my line.

My father was born in Point Pleasants,Wv. I know that at one
time they lived close to Odd Malone's store near Horse Neck.

Your family is included in my family. You have some incorrect information. Franklin Pearce Harris married Margaret Ella Dunn. Franklin is the brother to my Grandmother and Lenora Harris Jones is the sister to my grandmother Molly Mae Harris who married William C Joy. I visited often in St. Marys at Aunt Node's (Lenora) and Uncle Gus Jones home, on Horseneck.. I knew Gussie Tom (I guess this would be your father), Larry,(my playmate) and Sue. I would like to learn more of what you have. On the Jones, Gasper side I don't know a lot. Would like to know where Larry is.

Franklin Harris was the son of Thomas Harris and Mary J. Bailey. There is more information on this line on page 2 of the message board under the "Harris- Bailey" post.

My great-grandmother, Massa Mariah Jones was the daughter of Augustus and Mariah G Jones shown below. My GGM's brother was the Augustus (b.1884) shown below.

Mariah Jones was the daughter of Robert R Campbell (killed in WV in the Civil War) and Massa Welling Campbell. After Robert's death, Massa remarried Grandison C. Hughes.

Massa M. Jones married Jefferson Franklin Enoch. They are both interred in the Drumright, OK cemetery (Northside Cem). They had eleven children. I knew my GGM Enoch, but Jefferson Enoch died when I was about a year old.

As I stated in an earlier post, I am related to the Harris, Gasper, Dunn, and Jones. Some through marriage. Here is an excellent site for Pleasants County with a wealth of info. http://www.lindapages.com/pleasants/index.htm I have been to St Marys many times doing research. I plan to go back down after the first of the year to get some obitiuaries, marriage certificates, birth records, etc. at the courthouse in St Marys. If I can get anything for you let me know.
I have pictures of Uncle Gus and Aunt Node Jones and their children and grandchildren take at Horseneck. I could copy what I have for you.
