I am searching for information on Jasper Westfall, b1877, d?. Cannot find information on his natural Mother & Father. He was living with an Isaac Miller in the 1880 census as a 3 yr old boy. Other members of the household were Rebecka J Miller - Wife, 38 yrs old, Wilson Wilfong - Male 12 yrs old, and Sarah Phares - Niece 16 yrs old. Jasper married Pallie Harman (b3 Oct 1876 WV, d11 Mar 1921) 1 Dec 1896 in Garrett City MD. Jasper is reported to have left Pallie when she was pregnant with their son Don, around 1907/1908. There are many unsubstantiated reports about Jasper. One being that he was in a mental hospital after 1910, another that he divorced Pallie and married another woman. He was reported in Gassaway WV & Richmond (WV? or VA?) at different times.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
