I found more info on Samuel Fockler on the WVGenWeb site. Seems the name was also spelled Faulkner or Faulkler, even Falkler and Fackler in different years. Samuel was the son of Cutlip Fockler/Faulkner & Francis? Bell, Cutlip's father was Jacob Faulkner. Can anyone help prove this? Hacket Creek Pioneer Desc. Inc, seems to support this.
