Can anyone lead me into the right direction to find marriage records for Monongalia Co.? There were 13 children born to Alexander and Susanna [Gold/Gould] Lawson and they were living in Monongalia Co. in 1860, 1870, 1880 and 1900 (Alexander Lawson in Preston Co. in 1820, 1830, 1840 and 1850). I have found one son, Marshall Lawson, married Sarah Louisa Kisner in Marion Co. That is all!
Children were: Sarah, Elisha, Elijah, Mary, Chapman, Benjamin George, Asbury, Malvina, Francis, Marshall, Edward, Alexander and Caroline Lawson.
Elisha does appear with an Emma; Chapman with a Hester; Alexander with a Lizzie B.
Any help on death records? Alexander, Sr. between 1870 and 1880 and Susanna between 1900 and 1910.
