im looking for info on the price family from bigsplint and nolan areas carlos price,b.1917 in mt sterling ky d.1964 in hatfield ky in a mining accident he married litty mae ratcliff and lived and raised there children around these areas. carlos's mother was rebecca jenkins she married tom starr and they raised there family in the same areas.carlos's father was supposedly a cornelius price but i cant find any proof or even if rebecca jenkins was even married to a cornelius price,
