Have you looked at the Mingo Co. 1900 Census for Margaret Brewer, it list her daughter as Eliza Stafford 22 Oct 1877 D & Grover Stafford 3 June 1896 Grandson, Robert Stafford 5/12 Dec 1899 Grandson. Eliza Collins married Jacob Messer on 4-4-1922 at Turkey Creek, WV Mingo County, with her parents as Harrison & Margeret Stafford. They were married by her grandfather Calvin Brewer. She is supposed to be buried in the Messer Cemetery on Jennie's Creek in Mingo County in 1958 ( this info came from a tree), I could not find her death date. I will try to look at this somemore later. Someone in Mingo County Gen Soc. might know something about this family, I will check.
