Mr. Michael James Riffe, II age 32 of 870 Imogene Church Road, Lowgap, NC passed away Saturday, May 10, 2008 at his home.

He was born July 11, 1975 in Welch, W. VA to Michael C. and Sheila Snow Riffe.

He was employed as a temporary worker with Astro and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Surviving are a daughter, Angel Lynne Riffe, and a son, Michael James Riffe, III, both of Galloway, OH, parents, Michael C. and Sheila S. Riffe, Lowgap, NC a brother, Christopher S. Riffe, Kimball, W. VA and grandmother, Lovada Riffe, War, W. VA and one niece, McKaylie Riffe, Kimball, W. VA; a sister-in-law, Amanda Riffe Kimball, W VA.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints conducted by Bishop David P. Hiatt. Burial will follow in New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, May 12, 2008 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy.
