What kind of info do you need on the CCC Camps? A little booklet titled "The C.C.C. Camps in WV 1933-1942" by Milton Harr (1992) has some basic info on Camp Marshall including where it was located, what they did, dates in service, etc. The only names it gives though are the company commanders.

Regarding Ira Franklin,there is an Ira D. Franklin in the 1951 Moundsville City Directory. He is listed with spouse Bessie J., a foreman at Wheeling Electric Company, and a homeowner of 1827 Virginia Street. Other Franklins listed are:
