Thanks for the response, I am trying to find Robert C. Purdy he is my gggrandfather, I lose him in 1862 upon his discharge from the Union Army, then he appears in a Military Commission testifying on the assassination of Lincoln on June 16, 1865 as Capt. Purdy. I lose his wife Minerva in 1890.

So I started tracking the children for a lead, Mary had a son who died and a daughter, I cannot find the daughter,

So far I have a dead end on Minerva and Robert. Their daughter Henneritta married Daniel Mackey who was a vet in Cameron, they are both buried in the Cameron Cemetery their daughter Luella Sophronia Mackey was my grandmother. And my grandfather Joseph Robin Smith is buried next to them in an unmarked grave.
