We have also been out of town, but I sat tonight and got all the notes out on the Scheibelhood side of the family. I am the Great, Great, Great Grandaughter of Joseph Scheibelhood and Anna Maria Faust. Their son, John Scheibelhood was born in 1849 and died on 9/24/26 and was buried in St. Joseph, WV. He was married to Margaret Stender who was born in 1852 and died on 6/7/25, who was the daughter of Bernard Stender and Elizabeth Fisher. The children were:
1. Bernard Benjamin 1872-1952, spouse Lena L. Barris - who Ethel, Beatrice, & John, all now deceased.
2. Mary 1907-1958 Spouse Andy Shutler
3. Josephine 6/12/1879 -6/5/70 St. Joseph, WVA spouse Edward A. Klug 2/12/82 -7/20/65 4 children, Bernadine, Eugene, Coletta, Everista
4. Francis Xavier 3/23/1877, Lynn Camp, WVA to 6/8/55 in Huntington, WVA spouse, Anna Elizabeth Haid 8/31/1878 Proctor, WVA to 9/12/51 Huntington, WVA These are my great grandparents.
5. Joseph Sylvester 1/6/1885 St. Joseph, WVA to 7/27/63 Huntington, WVA spouse Nora Mae Owens 4/13/1876 to 11/14/55 2 children, Regina Anne and Martha Margaret
