The Marion County Genealogical Club republished gravestone readings that were done ca. 1938-1940 by groups organized by DAR under auspices of the Works Progress Administration's Historic Records Project.
These readings and publications (in books including one or more Magisterial Districts each) did not include Cemetery Records in the sense of burial records made by a church or incorporated Cemetery Association.
You can find the Marion Co. Genealogical Club's web site by an internet search. It is possible that the readings for Grant Dist. are currently available for sale. Some of their reprints do not say what the original source was, and some do not include the original description of cemetery locations that were part of the original publications.
Good hunting,
Jade
