Victor Franklin Noe, 30, of Pecks Mill, WV, died September 4, 1984 at his home. He was born June 16, 1954 at Hurricane, WV a son of Victor Noe of McConnell and Mrs. Jean Gratziana of Columbus, Ohio. He was a disabled welder. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his stepmother, Linda Noe of McConnell; stepfather, Joe Gratziana of Columbus, Ohio; four sisters, Cynthia Peschelt of Hesperia, California, Kathy Noe of McConnell and Debbie and Joanna Gratziana both of Columbus, and three brothers, Johnny Noe of Holden, David of North Mitchell Heights and Geoff Noe of McConnell. Services were conducted at 2 p.m. September 8, 1984 at Honaker Funeral Home in Logan by the Rev. James Bledsoe. Burial was followed in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby. Friends called from 7 until 9 p.m. on September 7, 1984 at the funeral home. Cousins served as pallbearers.
