Rhoda also had the following children: Mary Ann, Samuel, Nancy and Edna, by other fathers.

Rhoda's parents were Robert & Mary (Davis) Dillon.

Samuel would have been in the Wayne Co. area around the Logan & Mingo Co. Region of WV.

My best quess Samuel would have been born around 1840.
