I'm doing myhusband family research & I'm hitting a brick wall. I was hoping someone could help. his gggrandfather was Daniel A. McNeely & on his death record it has his father as Henry McNeely& mother Ellen Albright, but the family was told that Daniel was raised by a Dyer family & was brought to thier home by a lady that they didn't know & she left him there& said his last name was McNeely. We don't know if Henry McNeely is really the name of his father or any other info except that possiablly he was born in LincolnCo. or Logon or Mingo Co. he died in Wayne Co. in 1933 & was 54 when he died so that would put his birth at 1879or 78. finding a paper trail on this family has been a struggle. I thank you for you time & hope that someone online can help
