It was recently discovered that my family's cemetery, known as the Smith Family Cemetery, in Liberty, WV had been vandalized. We are unsure when this horrible act happened. The damage was found when a family member went to visit the cemetery over the holidays. Several headstones were overturned and a large stone monument was stolen. The vandalized headstones belong to William G. and Mary Smith. Robert McCoy Smith's monument was stolen.

This is a terrible act and it is quite painful for family members.
