Elton was in Charleston for the 1900, 1920 and 1930 census. I would really appreciate it if someone would be kind enough to send me an image of the 1920 and 1930 record. He shows as, Eltor C Javins in 1920 and Elton C in 1930. He was born, 1888 in WV.
