I am trying to locate the parents of Berry Edward Carter from Jefferson County WV (his information is below). Information on his wife's parents would be helpful too, but I'm mainly interested in Berry.

I have good info on his children, but nothing on parents and/or siblings.

BERRY EDWARD CARTER was born 12 Dec 1838 in Virginia, and died 11 Jun 1907 in Moler Crossroads, Jefferson County, West Virginia. He married PENELOPE REBECCA BLESSING. She was born 15 Jan 1837 in Frederick County, Maryland, and died 20 Jun 1924 in Weverton, Washington County, Maryland.
