phone # 215-938-0490
The second one is:
Ann Adalist-Estrin
100 Webster Ave
cheltenham, Pa 19012
phone # 215-576-1473
The address are close to Philedelphia, Pennasylvania.
If the family worked in the Weirton Steel that company might have some infor on them, of course what is left of Weirton Steel is now Mittal Steel. At the time that you mentioned Weirton had a lot of ethnic neighborhoods,ie greek, italian, russian. Most of the families stayed in the area because Weirton Steel provided a good income. In the 1980's a lot of the younger ones left to find work in other places like in Texas, California, and Virginia. Families in the 1940's sometimes moved between West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. You might try looking into two cemetaries in Weirton, Three springs cemetary( an old cemetary) and Chappell Hill Cemetary(had sections for greek and russian and slovaks). I hope this helps.
