I've been trying to find info on the above 2 for quite a few years off and on and can't seem to make any head way. I did manage to find a marriage record on them when my cousin and I made a rather hurried trip down there on a long week-end a while back. They were married Dec 9, 1783 by John Alderson. But we couldn't find anything else on them. Some researchers say they are the parents of Amos, born in 1801, but that was about 17 years later. Any brothers and sisters, cemetery records, tax records, just anything. I "believe" Caatherine Burns was born there around 1764, any leads on her parents? All help and advise will be greatly appreciated.
