William Hoover Scott
As a follow up, Thomas and Eva Hoover Scott's children (as far as we can find) were: William Hoover, Alex, Polly and Robert Scott. Could this Robert have been named Robert Ray and Robert Ray Scott II is his child? If so, then we could be relatives.
