Searching for info on Sallie Bell (Sarah Victoria) RIGGS. She was born 19 July 1867 in Washington Co, TN; m. ?NELSON in TN (I think) and d. about Jan 1916 in Washington State. Her parents were John Peoples RIGGS and Nancy Ellen CHASE. Both were originally from TN but settled in Missouri. Any family info would be most helpful.
