Fatal Accident. Young Eslick Met His Death This Morning in a Peculiar Way.
Early this morning a fatal accident occurred on the road to Palouse, near J. M. Kindcaid's farm, which resulted in the death of Beden Eslick, a lad of some twelve years. He was riding to town on the running gears of a wagon, sitting on the reach, when suddenly the wheel fell into a ditch; breaking the reach and throwing young Eslick violently to the ground and the wheel passed over his head. The skull was crushed terribly and the brain oozed out of the gaping wound. Death was instantaneous. The details we cannot give as only a meager report has, at this, hour, been obtained.
