I have uncovered a photo in my mother in laws archives and she has no idea who it could be.

The photo, based on the writing on the rear, is a mother and daughter standing in front of their home in Bellingham, Wash.

It states Kathleen and mother (Mrs Dougan)and it is dated June 1934.

My mother in laws grandmother was a Dougan, but she was unaware of who from her family may have emigrated from Scotland to Washington.

I know it is a (very)long shot but if anyone has any idea where I could start to unravel who this could be I would be obliged.
