I'd contact the Washington State Library, sos.wa.gov/library/obituaries.aspx especially because of the age of the obituary. Although in that time frame not everyone had an obituary published. If they have the newspaper, they will scan the obit and email it to you but it takes about six weeks. Successful Searching!
