The naturalization papers for William Kazymirczuk (Kazzimir) show he crossed into Northport via Rossland, B.C. in 1907. He shows the port as Marcus, WA, but that port didn't start recording crossings until 1923, it appears. And, I don't know of another port during the 1907 period.
Does anyone know anything about the border crossing situation in 1907 in this area? Was there a U.S. port to check into at that time? Or, would they just cross the border at Northport without being checked in?
