Cruelty is Charged in Grangeville Divorce
Grangeville, July 22. – Charging cruelty and desertion, Raymond Triplett filed an action for divorce from Mamie Iva Triplett in the district court today. Wilbur Campbell is attorney for Triplett.

Raymond Triplett, 75, retired rancher
RIGGINS – Raymond Triplett, 75, a retired Riggins area rancher, died Friday at a Boise nursing home, where he had been a resident three years.
Triplett retired from ranching in 1968.
He was born April 17, 1896, at Moscow and moved as a child to Cottonwood. After Army service during World War I, Triplett moved to Riggins to work on a ranch. He purchased his own ranch in 1930 and operated it until his retirement.
Triplett married Flora White at Riggins in 1940. She died in 1967.
Before moving to Boise, Triplett lived at Riggins with a step-grandson, Marvin Thach.
He is also survived by a step-daughter, Lois Thach, of Livermore, Calif., and two other grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. MST Tuesday at the Riggins Cemetery. The American Legion and the Noland Funeral Home of Grangeville will be in charge.
