He was "probably" a patient at the Western Washingon State Hospital, and "could" be buried in that facilities cemetery. IF he was a patient, only up to recent history were the records available for the inhabitants of the cemetery.

--You will note a picture of Governor Locke signs House Bill 2387 which will allow the release of the names of those buried.

--It does identify a question, "How can I find out who is buried in the cemetery". The confidentiality of the persons in the cemetery was changed by a recent law in Washington. See the above "House Bill 2387"
