Denny Kirby finally lost his fight with cancer Septermber 4.
The funeral service will be Tuesday 9/9 at 11am at the Valley Bible Church, 14024 Stuart Rd, Auburn, Wa. Denny grew up at Tiger and graduated from Selkirk High. He leaves his wife, 2 grown children and many grandchildren.

The rest of the family are fine:
Chet lives in Gilroy, Ca
Doug in Maple Valley, Wa
Terry in the greater LAA. area
Mike is at Tri-Cities
Duff in Auburn, Wa
Cindy is in Deer Park, Wa
Steve in Seattle
Matt is in Battle Ground, Wa

Roy passed away several years ago. Millie now lives in Battle Ground, Wa.

And yes, I know this is not strictly genealogy. But I didn't know how else to let everyone connected with Pend O'Reille know.

I know this is an older post but I just got curious and started reading. When I was little we used to go out to the Kirby's house with my parents Bill and Pauline Crane. I have wonderful memories of visiting there. I am sorry to hear of Denny and Roys Deaths.

There will be a memorial ceremony this Saturday at Down River days. Many of the brothers will be 'about town' if you'd like to visit. They all look about the same - except for being somewhat stouter! They are staying at the motel by the mill pond. Steve says hey.
