Who was Downs Lake named for? Could it possibly been after John Martin Downs who lived in Spokane after I believe 1909? Does anyone have info on John Martin Downs and wife Celia (Grimes) Downs? They had children Cecil James Downs and Cecelia Downs. Thank You,
