In 1900 John, Lutetia and Frank Haines were living in Reardan, Lincoln Co., WA. However, you appear to have this info already in your Family Tree posted on Ancestry.
I found an Hilbert Ira Haines, b. 28 April 1918, Lincoln Co. Father=John Haines, Mother = Julia O'Bourte [mistakes are common in indexes]. Source: WA Birth Index 1907-19, www.ancestry.com.
In 1900 James, Julia, Ruth and Rose O'Rourke were living in Reardan, Lincoln Co.
James, b. NY May 1864, marr 3 yrs, farmer.
Julie, b. KS, July 1880, had given birth to two who were alive in 1900.
Ruth, b. WA July 1898.
Rosa, b. WA Dec 1899.
