I was actually looking for Willards obtituary when I found your blog; I don't have info on the artical that you are looking for... but i wanted to let you know That Willard passed away 05/13/08, not in 2004. You can find a really great picture of him and his obit. on the Spokesman Review out of Spoakne WA. He was a close friend on my husbands family.
