Robert Alexander Hawkins
Robert A. Hawkins, Winlock, died Thursday, June 15, in a Chehalis hospital. He was 78.
He was born Feb 23, 1900, in Napavine. He was a retired farmer and truck driver. Hawkins had lived in the Napavine area all his life, and was past noble grand of the I.O.O.F Lodge 207, Napavine.
Survivors include his wife, Belle, at home; two daughters, Norma Cruse, Chicago, and Margaret Hawkins, Alaska; four brothers, Edgar, Centralia; Louis, Auburn; Keldy, Aberdeen; and Walter, Enumclaw; two sisters, Bertha Olson, Aberdeen, and Dorothy Brado, Aberdeen; two grandchildren; two greatgrandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Fir Lawn Funeral Chapel, Toledo, with the Rev. Tom Nace officiating. Internment will follow at Napavine Cemetery.
