Louie G. Hawkins
AUBURN - Louie G. Hawkins, 79, a former resident of Bucoda, died Friday, March 13, in Auburn.
He was born Oct. 16, 1907, in Washington, and moved to Auburn in 1944 from Bucoda. A retired logger, Hawkins worked for the Weyerhaeuser Company. He belonged to the Tenino Masonic Lodge and the Auburn Eagles, Aerie 2298.
Surviving are his wife, Mildred E., at home; two sons, Jack A. Hawkins of Auburn and Dick D. Hawkins of Portland, Ore.; a daughter, Karyl C. Cotton of Anchorage, Alaska; two brothers, Walt Hawkins of Enumclaw and Kaldy Hawkins of Aberdeen; two sisters, Bertha Olson and Dorothy Brado, both of Aberdeen; and five grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of Price-Helton Funeral Home of Auburn.
Funeral Notices - Interment will be at Washington Memorial Park, Seattle.
