Fred was b 12 Sep 1866 in Ippelpen, Devonshire, Eng.
d. 11-10-1943 (documented in a DAR application)
BUT on the actual grave stone which I have rubbed... 11-30-1943 is etched.
I do appeciate the added info on search ideas.
My nana had 5 supplementals to her DAER app and this was valuable in my searching too.
