I am seeking information on the Faulkners who lived in Curlew and Republic. I know that Wallace Faulkner and wife Gladys (Choate) Faulkner are buried in the Curlew Cemetery. A Robert Faulkner is also buried there. Can anyone tell me who he is? Wallace Faulkner is brother to my grandfather Donald Faulkner, who did no move to Washington with the rest of his family. Any help would be appreciated. I have extensive research on the Faulkners, and would be happy to share. Debbie Harris, Norman, OK

He might be related to your Faulkner's but I can't tell that with a cursory investigation. If you want a copy of his obituary, send an email to askalibrarian@secstate.wa.gov with his name, death date and place. They will search the newspaper archives for one hour for free and email their results to you.

By the way, I'm not related. Just like to help people with their research. Good Luck

Here is a family tree that takes this family back to 1600.

BUT NOTE: There ARE errors in the tree.

Robert Faulkner is the son of Wallace and Gladys Faulkner.
They had another son, I do not know his name and a daughter, Gladys Gaye Faulkner. She married George Earl Schneider (Jim).
Jim was my brother and I have information on them and their children.
