I don't know if you found her or not, but I believe Josephine is buried at the Park Hill Cemetery in Vancouver.
The details indicated would make this lady born like you said her age at marriage was. It lists her death as 26 June 1924, sadly it indicates as there not being a marker for her gravesite.
The Clark County Gen. Society Cemetery web page at http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~waclacem/ will list the Park Hill Cemetery records.
