I went to the Chelan County Auditor, online Recorded Documents:

Recorded documents in the name of Lloyd C (Conrad):
1. Marriage Application, recorded 6/21/1937, to Margaret L. Rudolph. An image was not available this evening, possibly later, or you can obtain one through the Auditors Office.
2-4 and 5, property related, #5 sale of his estate to a Brian A. Miller.
3, Power-of-Attorney (POA) given to James S. Ajax and Robert L. Ajax. A copy is available to view/print.
Under the name of Margaret is a similar POA.
www.zabasearch.com an online public record of telephone and address data has James S. Ajax.
