I have been researching the Elijah David Lindsey family from Arkansas for some time now. This Oscar was born to Elijah and Nora Amerzine Owens 1907 in Arkansas. He supposedly went off to the second war and ended up in the state of Washington and did not return. If he had family there we would love to know. And would like to know more about him and his family.
