Surnames:
Johnston/Johnson, Young, Parker, Southard/Southern, Prewitt/Pruitt, Tincher
Searching land warrants/patents I found numerous which stated Benjamin Johnston of Yohogania as "assignee" for others on these Preemption Warrants, dating in the late 1700's. I'm looking for any information on who Benjamin Johnston was, where he went or who his family was.
