Hello everyone - I am looking for info on Alexander Savage, who married Sarah Eliza Lee. I have the birth and death dates but can't find who his parents were for the life of me. I only have two clues and so far I'm at a dead end. In the list of Civil War soldiers from Nansemond, it says that he's the son of John. In a marriage licenses book, the entry of his second marriage (Hattie Lewis) listed his parents as 'Jno.' and 'R.'

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
