Civil War markers at Maury Cemetery

My ancestors HART/TALBOTT/HOLT/EDMUNDS/BASS all lived and died in the Manchester, Chesterfield Co. and Richmond area. The HART/TALBOTT have a family plot at the Maury Cemetery and several of the oldest graves have no headstones. There is a bronz Civil War marker in the plot but have not idea who it belongs to. I suspect it belongs to William Thomas HART who was born in 1823 and died in 1882 and is one without a headstone. I do not know if he served in the C.W. but there is a many year span from children born in the1850s till my great grandfather was born in 1867. Maybe he was away to war. I have no clue. There are several William Thomas HARTs that served for Virginia in the Civil War.
Any help with the indentifing of the owner for the marker will be greatly appreciated.
