Thanks....this is always good info...have you used the holdings of the libraries and the Southwest Virginia Historical Society or know someone that has some expertise into what may be possible in those holdings beyond the courthouse...? I have a couple of emails and board postings elsewhere to try and reach these guys....really hoping to run into somewhere here who can hold my hand for a few minutes or a few hours in this arena....
