I don't know how far back the marriage books go, but I'm looking for a marriage record for Henry Harrison Webb and Elizabeth Roller probably in the 1860's. Thanks in advance.

I did not find Henry Harrison Webb and Elizabeth Roller, marriage record in Scott County,VA.I did find them as parents in book 2 page 74 line 32, Wm. H. Webb age 18 and Mary E. Neely, married Feb. 28, 1883,his (p) Harrison & Elizabeth, Mary's (p) Wm.E. & Sarah. and on page 101 line 7, Harrison & Elizabeth's son George Webb age 19 and Martelia Sloane 21 married Jan. 17, 1892, Martelia's (p) Baxter & Nancy Bloomer. The Marriage books I have are 1815 - 1945,( vol: 1 thur 6,) I only have the male index. but...vol; 2 & 3, has the family names in the back, making it easy to find the females up to abt 1912. Sorry I was not much help.

I an looking for the cemetary that Carl Osborne is buried in. He was born around 1897, and was shot and killed by a sheriff Palmer and his deputy C. C. Broadwaters in i beleive April of 1923 in Scott county. He would be my G-uncle. I finally did find an article about the shooting, but it gave no burial info.

To make sure you get the correct information , I will need firt names and/or connections to other names,There are Wood/Woods and Barkers listed in the books I have, I will see what I can find on specific names.

Cemetery book # 3 page 97 Osborne Cemetery - S. Clinchport # 126,Located above Copper Creek Bridge toward Manville,north of route 665/627.about 400 yards , on top of a hill.
Carl Osborn (no dates), husband of Lakie Alley Osborne (killed by law officers) Exactly as written in book.

Did not find Preston Fleenor - Eliza Wood or Barker in the marriage books of Scott County, Found Preston Fleenor Aug. 19, 1837 - May 3, 1904 in Cemetery book 6 page 176 , buried in Fleenor Cemetery - N. Mendota # 23, Eliza not listed.
