I have noted a Andrew J. Addington and Verlina in several places. One of those lists Andrews parents as Peter Stallard and Margaret Addington. Yet another lists his parents as Tandy Welch and Margaret Addington. Does anyone know which, if either, is correct? I have him listed as being born in Russell Co, VA and death as 1890 in Scott County, VA.
I am searching for this information as a descendent of Tandy Welch. Any help, leads or information you could provide would be much appreciated.

Scott County,Marriage book 1 page 15, there is a Peter Stallard married Peggy Edington Dec.19, 1823,. Marriage book 2 page 24 line 4, Andrew J. Addington age 16, and Sarah A. Ramey 17, married Jan. 2, 1867, Andrew parents list as A.J. & V. Addington , Sarah's parents John & R. Ramey, book 2 , A.J. & Sarah are listed as parents of H.E.Addington, Andrew J. & Verlina are listed as parents of 7 including Andrew,I did not see the name Tandy Welch , connected to these names.
