I accessed it at Virginia State Library in Richmond, Virginia. They have a very good search site on the internet so you could research and see if there was anything else there.

There are a number of books in the Providence Forge Library of this sort. I remember seeing it when I found "Families Are Forever, the Smiths of New Kent County". It was in a side room in the library.
