Burial records at the church parish of St. Charles Borromeo have many slave burials in that cemetary but no markers, In Sept 2018 there are plans to erect a monument in the cemetary to all the known burials from the Convent of the Sacred Heart there. I have a list if you contact me (mchicoine@rscj.org) Nace is familiar to me = he married an enslaved person living on Convent property although she was owned by the Pierce family living there. The Hawkins/Eaglins I am researching all from Maryland arrived before the ones sold by the Jesuits in 1838 - all came between 1822 and 1832. So far haven't been able to connect and none owned by Jesuits
