I have been looking for the same thing, but to no avail. I was thinking about going to Halifax and looking up old newspaper articles or something next month. I live in Virginia Beach. He is my great-grandfather too. My grandfather was Freddie, born 1907. He had two daughters, Carol and Donna. I am Donna's daughter. I think I may have met you fifteen years ago at a family reunion. I think you're about my age. I was born in 68. I seem to think I remember seeing you post a picture of Macon. Is that your grandfather?
